Preparation of raw materials
After harvesting fresh cassava, the soil, roots, whiskers and woody parts should be removed in time, piled on the clean ground, and impurities such as iron blocks, nails, stones and wood should be avoided. It is required that the raw materials be harvested on the same day and processed on the same day, so as to ensure the freshness of raw materials and improve the extraction rate and product quality.
